2:30 PM Sam Broome – PGA
A class “A” member of the PGA who has worked with many prestigious clubs, including The Founders Club in Sarasota, Florida, as well as Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, Arizona, and Roaring Fork Club in Aspen, Colorado. A student of PGA Hall of Fame instructor Manuel de la Torre. De la Torre has become well known for his club-focused approach to teaching the swing, as well as his book, Understanding the Golf Swing. Manuel was the first ever PGA teacher of the year, and is one of two inductees into both the PGA Hall of Fame, and the Golf Teacher’s Hall of Fame. Sam is taking those teachings and helping simplify golf for everyone. Currently Sam works with Golf in Schools, an after-school enrichment program for school-aged youth. The company’s goal is to provide golf learning opportunities for children of all backgrounds and abilities. Sam is a firm believer in carrying out that mission.

11:30 AM Fred Haney – The Reserve
Fred Haney has won over 80 tournaments, and coached numerous amateur and collegiate champions during his 40 years as a PGA professional. Currently the head pro at The Reserve and Vineyards, Haney will emphasize keeping things simple by focusing on the fundamentals that form the basis of a successful golf swing.
1:00 PM Jake Bader – GolfTEC
Coaching golf for 20 years, 2 1/2 with GolfTEC. Over 3,000 lessons coaching 68 players to their lowest round ever. Jake’s focus is in ball control, short game mastery and course management. Certified Club Fitter. 2nd generation PGA member. Jake will be discussing 2 ares of the golf swing that he has seen help the most with his students. The 2 areas are; lower body stability in the backswing and proper shoulder tilt in the downswing.
